We only deliver to addresses within New Zealand from this site. For orders outside New Zealand, please visit www.alisondavisglows.com.

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email.

Shipping Rates

We offer flat-rate shipping within New Zealand:

  • Standard Delivery: $7.00 NZD per order

  • Rural Delivery: $9.00 NZD per order

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address provided.

Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days

  • Rural Delivery: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Pre-Orders

If your order includes a pre-order item, your order will be shipped once the book becomes available. Estimated dispatch dates will be noted on the product page.

Tracking

Where available, tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.
